A novel network aligner for the analysis of multiple protein-protein interaction networks

The analysis of protein-protein interaction networks can transfer the knowledge well-studied biological functions to that are not yet adequately investigated by constructing and extracting similar network structures in different species. Multiple alignment be used find regions among multiple networks. In this paper, we introduce Accurate Combined Clustering Network Alignment (ACCMNA), which is a new accurate algorithm. It uses both topology sequence similarity information. First, importance all nodes calculated according structures. Second, seed-and-extend framework conduct an iterative search. each iteration, clustering method combined generate alignment. Extensive experimental results show ACCMNA outperformed state-of-the-art algorithms producing functionally consistent topological conservation alignments within acceptable running time.
